How about some good news?

It’s totally possible for you to live a bigger, bolder life.

You’ve lost your vitality and connection to your life-force. You want to be able to enjoy life like you used to.

Hi, I'm Hilleary - a therapist dedicated to helping people like you.

I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I'm human. I've been been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.

I used to be an anxious person who created a life around what wouldn’t make me anxious. This affected friendships I chose, career choices, and missing out on so much. Then one day, my therapist asked me if I wanted to continue to live a small life. I didn’t even realize there was another possibility.  I knew deep down that I wanted more for myself. So, beginning 20+ years ago I went about living a bigger life using the skills I learned in therapy.

So, I get it. Healing can be scary, vulnerable,  grief-filled and oh so beautiful.

Helping People Energizes Me

I love guiding people towards figuring stuff out and seeing them finally getting the life they desire. The most rewarding thing about being a Therapist is seeing a person walk away lighter, more free, and excited about their life. I'm committed to guiding you toward a life where things not only feel manageable again, but one that is thriving.

I bring compassion, humor, and humility. I have a natural ability to:

- Understand people's experiences
- Uncover what's under the surface
- Inspire hope for getting better
- Help clients heal their past and  the present

Our Sessions Are Focused On You

Sessions will provide you with the space to be understood and heard. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to gain clarity and explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.

It's important to me to create safety within session and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies

I believe that survivors are not what happened to them
I believe that therapy should address the person as a whole - their mind, body, and spirit
I believe that we can do hard things like going to therapy and we can do them and live better for it
I believe that sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end
I believe that the biggest thing standing in your way is the fear that life always has to be the way that it is now
